About Me

Amanda is a photographer in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Though she has resided in Colorado for over a decade, she grew up in southern New Mexico which is where her journey in photography started. From families with young children to maternity to senior portraits to engagement and weddings, Amanda has generalized her photographic skills to fit a variety of needs. That doesn't mean she isn't partial to a few specific photography genres, though! Amanda loves working with couples and strives to highlight the magic of love in every image. Maternity photoshoots are another of her favorites. 

When she isn't behind her camera or working on photos in Photoshop, she is working with the special needs community volunteering as a respite provider or working as a behavioral therapist. Amanda has a big heart and enjoys using it to help those in need. She is particularly invested in the autistic community, as three of her six children are on the autism spectrum. 

She believes there is something that can be learned from every experience we humans go through, and operates under the golden rule. Her goal is to bring a positive and fun photo experience to all of her clients!
